About Wisdom

Who Am I

I’ve always loved sports and competed in multiple growing up, but track and field became the one that truly stuck with me. What started as curiosity, wanting to see how far I could jump or how fast I could move, grew into a real passion for competition and precision. The energy, focus, and pure joy people show through running and jumping still drive how I train and how I live.

Track has also made me want to teach fitness and share that same mindset with others, helping athletes and everyday people build confidence, strength, and consistency in their own lives.

I’m Wisdom Thomas, a track and field athlete who competed in the long jump and triple jump. I’m all about staying consistent, explosive, and focused, always trying to get better each season.

I was born in Lagos, Nigeria, and now live and train in the Bay Area, California. I started my college career at Principia College, then transferred to Saint Mary’s College of California (Division I) to compete at a higher level and continue growing as both an athlete and a person.
